What the contact form collects

When you send an enquiry we collect your full name, email address and project brief. If you provide them, we also collect your company, your role and the service you are interested in.

Why we use it

We use these details to read your enquiry, reply to you, and follow up on the vessel and the scope of work you describe. We do not use the form for unrelated marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep the details while we are responding to your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can refer to what was discussed. We then delete them, or remove the details that identify you, unless we must keep them for a legal record.

We do not sell personal data

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with people in our team, and with service providers who host our email, when that is needed to answer you.

Cookies and visitor measurement

GoatCounter and Leadfeeder (Dealfront) load on yachtrefitasia.com only after you accept on the notice at the bottom of the page. Preview copies of the site do not load either script. The choice is stored in a cookie named yra-analytics.

GoatCounter, site code yachtrefitasia, counts page visits and does not set a tracking cookie. Leadfeeder, part of Dealfront, identifies the company visiting the site. If no Leadfeeder tracker id is configured, that script is not added. If you decline, neither script is added.
