The work itself is delivered by our sister company Superyacht Painters, under the same founder and ownership.
A coatings scope inside the refit is managed in this order: a survey, preparation and removal by sanding or blasting, fairing, primers, then build coats and topcoats in controlled conditions, then detailing and the ancillary systems. Repaint programmes on this sequence have been delivered on yachts from about 30–40 m up to 95 m.
The dry-dock slot, the docking plan and daily yard liaison are supervised so the haul-out stays on the programme.

Each managed refit carries a written workmanship warranty. An approved system also keeps the guarantee its manufacturer gives.

Yacht Refit Asia manages the refit for the owner and the captain: specification, tendering, yard coordination, budget, schedule and Class liaison. The yard is where the work is carried out.

The published sequence is a condition survey, a written specification, yard-quote comparison and dry dock coordination, then contractor coordination, budget, schedule, quality control, and Class and flag documentation.
